Protected insulation
One board for heat, sound and surface protection.
The porous glass-fiber core limits heat transfer and absorbs sound inside the assembly. The foil facing adds a durable reflective surface, helps resist moisture transfer and makes the insulation easier to detail around ducts, soffits and service zones.

Product construction
Two coordinated layers. Three useful functions.
The glass fiber wool carries the acoustic and thermal performance. A reinforced aluminum foil facing protects the surface and can support vapor control when all joints, penetrations and edges are continuously sealed.

Performance direction
Class A fire performance with reflective thermal support.
The insulation is designed for projects requiring Class A fire performance together with acoustic absorption and thermal control. Final classification depends on the supplied facing, adhesive and complete tested assembly.

Select density according to rigidity, installation orientation, acoustic requirement and the way the board will be retained or fixed.
Lightweight coverage
For broad-area ceiling, duct and cavity applications where low weight is important.
