Eco Polyester Acoustic Cotton
E0-grade polyester acoustic cotton that fills wall and ceiling cavities, absorbs reflected sound energy and supports quieter complete assemblies.

Absorb cavity resonance without adding a brittle mineral layer.
Cross-lapped polyester fibers form an open, resilient structure that dissipates sound energy inside framed walls and suspended ceilings. The material is easy to cut, produces no mineral-fiber slag and supports cleaner installation in residential and commercial interiors.
E0-grade material for occupied interiors.
The E0 specification supports low-emission interior construction. Ask for the current product test report and confirm the complete wall or ceiling assembly requirements for your market and project.
Three density tiers for different cavities.
Select grammage together with thickness, cavity depth, target noise spectrum and the full tested construction. Grammage is a product mass specification, not a guaranteed stand-alone decibel reduction.
Lightweight infill
For everyday rooms and shallower cavities where easy cutting and handling are priorities.
Medium-high grammage
A balanced option for homes, meeting rooms, studios and general commercial partitions.
High-density option
For deeper build-ups and higher-noise projects where a denser absorptive infill is specified.
Build the felt into a complete isolation assembly.
Polyester cotton absorbs sound inside the cavity; high-mass felt, resilient connections, sealed perimeters and lining layers limit transmission. Final performance belongs to the complete assembly, not one material alone.

Wall isolation system
Fit polyester acoustic cotton inside a separated stud cavity, then combine it with resilient connections, a high-mass barrier and multiple lining layers.

- Resilient channel
- Polyester acoustic cotton
- Independent frame

Floating floor system
Where the tested floor design calls for absorptive infill, use it with a load-spreading layer, resilient underlay and isolated perimeter—not as a stand-alone floor barrier.

- Load-spreading board
- Soundproofing felt
- Resilient system
- Structural slab

Suspended ceiling system
Place the cotton between ceiling channels and integrate it with isolation hangers, perimeter sealing and the specified lining layers.

- Isolation hanger
- Polyester acoustic cotton
- Resilient channel
- Double ceiling board
Fill the cavity evenly and preserve the fiber structure.
Cut pieces slightly oversize for a friction fit, close all gaps around framing and services, and avoid excessive compression. Coordinate acoustic cotton with the specified barrier, resilient frame, sealant and finish boards.
Wall and ceiling infill before final lining.
Project photographs show white polyester acoustic cotton held within timber or metal framing before the finishing boards close the assembly.
