Acoustic principle

Perforated metal becomes an absorber when the layers work together.

Sound passes through the precision holes in the aluminum face and enters the acoustic fleece, fiberglass layer and backing cavity. Friction within the porous material dissipates acoustic energy, reducing reflected sound and reverberation.

A single perforated panel can support ventilation and visual continuity. For higher absorption, add acoustic fleece and fiberglass infill, with an optional foil face for protected handling and selected service conditions.

All three formats share a clean perforated aluminum face. The difference is behind the metal: no absorber, exposed fiberglass acoustic infill, or foil-faced fiberglass acoustic infill.
