Acoustic principle

Controlled openings turn a finished surface into an absorber.

Sound enters the calibrated holes and passes through the panel to the acoustic fleece and backing cavity. Friction within the porous layer dissipates sound energy, helping control reverberation across the mid and low-frequency range.

Hole diameter, spacing, open area, panel thickness, backing and installation depth can be coordinated to suit the room and architectural intent.

01

Acoustic control

Good absorption through the speech range, with configurations available for lower-frequency control.

02

Fire-rated options

A-class and B1 construction options are available depending on the selected substrate, finish and complete panel build-up.

03

E0 / E1 options

Low-emission wood-based substrate options support commercial, educational, hospitality and residential specifications.

04

OEM flexibility

Custom panel sizes, perforation layouts, veneers, laminate colors and joint details are available.

Perforation options

Select the open area and visual rhythm.

The referenced product range includes ultra-microperforations from 0.5 mm as well as larger architectural holes. Choose a regular grid for a precise appearance or a staggered layout for a denser visual rhythm and coordinated open area.

Parallel grid

Available with 4 x 4, 8 x 8, 16 x 16 or 32 x 32 mm center spacing.

Staggered pattern

Alternating rows create a softer, denser visual rhythm.

Product range

One perforated language, multiple material systems.

Select the panel family according to the required appearance, reaction-to-fire class, environmental target, moisture condition and installation method.

Natural architectural finish

Wood perforated panels

Precision-machined wood-based panels for auditoriums, studios, offices, education and hospitality interiors.

A-class construction option

Ceramic-aluminum microperforated panels

Fine-hole panels for wall and ceiling applications where noncombustible materials and a refined surface are priorities.

Project-specific build-up

Composite acoustic panels

Custom substrates, decorative facings, acoustic fleece and backing cavities coordinated to the room and installation system.

Decorative finish
Perforated substrate
Black acoustic fleece
Acoustic cavity / insulation
Layered construction

Built around the performance your room needs.

A decorative face and precision-machined substrate are paired with black fire-rated acoustic fleece. The calibrated openings allow sound to enter the porous layer, while an optional backing cavity or insulation layer can improve lower-frequency control.

Wood-based panel

A warm architectural option available with natural veneer, melamine and coordinated woodgrain finishes.

Fire-rated MDF

A high-density machined core for accurate perforation, with B1 construction options for project requirements.

Ceramic-aluminum panel

A durable noncombustible-facing option for ultra-microperforated walls and ceilings requiring A-class performance.

Composite system

A configurable panel construction for specialized dimensions, finishes, moisture conditions and installation details.

Applications

Acoustic performance for rooms where clarity matters.

  • Theaters and cinemas
  • Recording and broadcast studios
  • Auditoriums and lecture halls
  • Conference and meeting rooms
  • Hotels, KTV and hospitality
  • Schools, hospitals and offices
  • Equipment and plant rooms
  • Villas and residential interiors
Installation formats
  • Direct-fixed wall lining
  • Suspended ceiling modules
  • Close-jointed feature walls
  • Expressed-reveal panel systems
  • Doors and integrated joinery
  • Custom-cut project components

Joint profiles, panel modules, support systems and fixing methods should be coordinated with the wall or ceiling build-up before production.
