THERMAL + ACOUSTIC CONTROL

One flexible layer.
Two kinds of control.

The closed-cell structure resists air and moisture movement, helping the assembly retain temperature and avoid surface condensation. Its resilient body also decouples light vibration and reduces rattling and structure-borne noise. Final acoustic performance depends on the complete construction.

01

Thermal barrier

Reduces conductive heat flow through metal roofs, ducts, pipes and equipment housings.

02

Acoustic damping

Adds a resilient layer that helps calm panel vibration, mechanical rattle and transmitted noise.

03

Self-adhesive fit

Peel-and-bond backing speeds installation across flat, curved and irregular substrates.

04

Closed-cell protection

Low-permeability foam helps manage moisture and condensation in conditioned assemblies.

PRODUCT FORMAT

Sized for practical installation.

Choose the thickness for the required thermal resistance, cavity depth and damping duty. Aluminum-foil facing can be specified where a reflective, cleanable surface is preferred.

INSTALLATION

Build a continuous thermal and vibration-control layer.

01

Prepare

Clean and dry the substrate; remove oil, dust, loose coating and sharp projections.

02

Cut and plan

Dry-fit pieces around penetrations. Keep joints tight and avoid compressed gaps.

03

Peel and bond

Remove the release liner progressively, press from the center outward and roll firmly.

04

Seal continuity

Tape or seal joints, corners and penetrations to maintain the thermal and condensation-control layer.

PROJECT APPLICATIONS

From roofs to pipework.

The same flexible system adapts to industrial, commercial and residential surfaces. Correct thickness, facing and joint treatment should be selected for the operating environment.

Industrial roof insulation

Industrial roof insulation

Continuous foil-faced coverage helps limit radiant heat gain across large metal-roof areas.

Weather-exposed roof build-up

Weather-exposed roof build-up

Flexible rolls follow roof geometry and create a continuous thermal layer beneath the final protective system.

Tank and equipment insulation

Tank and equipment insulation

Closed-cell foam conforms to curved equipment to reduce heat transfer and help control condensation.

Ceiling and service zones

Ceiling and service zones

Installed behind the finished ceiling to damp vibration and improve the thermal performance of the cavity.

Pipework applications

Pipework applications

A practical self-adhesive layer for service pipes where thermal control, moisture resistance and quiet operation matter.

Residential roof retrofit

Residential roof retrofit

Lightweight rolls can be cut and bonded around existing roof details for renovation projects.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC SUPPLY
