Blue and Gold Fiberglass Acoustic Ceiling for a Sports Hall
Custom blue and gold fiberglass ceiling absorbers bring coordinated overhead sound control and a distinctive visual identity to a multipurpose indoor sports hall.
What the space needed to control
The sports court, spectator seating and stage share a large space beneath an exposed roof. Hard flooring, extensive glazing and high surfaces can sustain reflected ball impacts, whistles, voices and amplified sound, making coaching instructions and announcements harder to understand during busy activities.
How the system addresses it
HISLANDY fiberglass sound absorbers form a coordinated suspended ceiling treatment above the court and spectator areas. Gold horizontal panels are arranged in groups across the central roof, while blue vertical baffles create a continuous perimeter rhythm. The combination distributes porous absorption overhead and is designed to reduce reverberant sound build-up, supporting clearer instructions, public-address messages and stage speech. The layout retains an open relationship with the roof structure and lighting, with colors and panel arrangements tailored to the interior. Final acoustic performance, suspension details and clearances should be confirmed for the specific venue.
